FM Business Analyst and Consultant

Singapore´s company doing projects in United Arab Emirates (UAE) is looking for a consultant to customers. We are currently implementing Facilities Management for 50 hospitals for a government entity.

Job Description

This position provides consulting guidance to our customers. Apply project management, consulting, application deployment, and training skills to directly contribute to the company's product implementations. Act as a key contributor in the development and evolution of the company's implementation methodology.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, prior technical and customer problem resolution experience, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and properly describe problems and solutions. Critical thinking, reasoning, and problem solving ability are essential parts of this position. A good understanding of typical web application architecture and terminology is required. Ideal candidate has experience with alternative FM software.

  1. Works closely with customers to guide them through FM implementation methodology, including onsite presentations, workshops, training, etc.
  2. Answers product questions and conducts demonstrations of products and new features to customers.
  3. Provides product problem resolution and support.
  4. Delivers product training of products.
  5. Gathers ongoing customer feedback, enhancement requests, and related information.

Qualifications

Education: Master/Bachelor's technical degree in IT, FM, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Bio-Medical
Experience: Domain expertise in Healthcare, Construction and Facility Management is an advantage.
